THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

St. Albans street, south side, 21st street to 22nd street.

Two_Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.

Except Saturday and Sunday

Except RPP#1

SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Packer avenue, north side, 15th street to 16th street.

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. to Midnight

Monday – Sunday

Except RPP#28

SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Emily street, north side, 16th street to 15th street.

Two_Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

Except Saturday and Sunday

Except #27

SECTION 4. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Hicks street, east side, Shunk street to Oregon avenue.

Two_Hour Parking
