Amending Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Street Vendors" to permit mobile food vending and mobile food vehicles on the west side of the 5000 block of Wissahickon Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
