Authorizing the construction of sewer and appurtenant work in existing rights-of-way, required to alleviate unsanitary conditions in portions of East Gravers Lane and East Abington Avenue.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of a public sewer and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public sewer service, in the following locations:
East Gravers Lane from Anderson Street to Crittenden Street.
East Abington Avenue from Crittenden Street to Stenton Avenue.
