Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 120 and 121, within an area bounded by Jefferson Street, Twenty_Fourth Street, Oxford Street, and Twenty_Second Street by placing on the City Plan Bucknell Street from Oxford Street to Jefferson Street, striking from the City Plan and vacating portions of Twenty_Third Street from Oxford Street to its terminus southwardly therefrom, placing on the City Plan an extension of Twenty_Third Street from the said terminus of Twenty_Third Street, south of Oxford Street, southwardly to Jefferson Street, striking from the City Plan a certain right of way reserved for public utility purposes lying within the lines of the said proposed extension of Twenty_Third Street, placing on the City Plan Bolton Street from Croskey Street to Twenty_Third Street, and relocating portions of the curblines of Oxford Street and Jefferson Street, each from Twenty_Second Street to Twenty_Fourth Street, and Bolton Street, from Twenty_Second Street to Croskey Street, all under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, without cost and free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of the streets authorized herein to be placed on City Plan accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
