Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by creating a new Permit Parking District 35 under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:
