THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS.

§ 12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts.

Permit parking districts enumerated.

(aj) District 35 – The area bounded by the east side Roosevelt boulevard on the west, the Pennypack Creek on the south, Grant avenue on the north, and Delaware River on the east.

SECTION 2. Effective date. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
