THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:
CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS.
§ 12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts.

District 32
– The area bounded by the east side [of Frankford avenue]
Roosevelt boulevard
on the west, the north side of [Harbison]
Cheltenham
avenue on the south, the [south side of Magee avenue]
Pennypack Creek
on the north, and the [west side of Torresdale avenue]
Delaware River
on the east.
SECTION 2. Effective date. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
