THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Bill Number 150894, passed by Council on December 10, 2015, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
