Full Bill

WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section VI(2) of the December 29, 1972 Agreement between the City of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation, as amended, two members of the Philadelphia Gas Commission are appointed by City Council to terms of four years; and

WHEREAS, Council's previous appointments to the Gas Commission pursuant to Resolution No. 120039 (adopted February 2, 2012) were for terms expiring January 7, 2016; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Councilmember Derek S. Green is hereby appointed to the Philadelphia Gas Commission for terms ending January 7, 2020.
