Full Bill

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following tractor trailer regulation is hereby established:

NO TRACTOR TRAILER TRAFFIC

The 2800 block of Orthodox Street from Richmond Street to Bath Street, and

the 2800 block of Hedley Street from Richmond Street to Bath Street,

with the exception of residential deliveries and pick-ups within such blocks.

SECTION 2. The following truck route is hereby established:

TRUCK ROUTE

Lewis Street between Richmond Street and Delaware Avenue.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance will take effect upon the determination by the Department of Streets that construction has been completed on Delaware Avenue.
