THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 19-1701 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 19-1701. Tax Review Board.

(3)

Hearings and Decisions.

(e)

All hearings of the Tax Review Board shall be open to the public

,

except as required by state law to protect the confidentiality of tax information.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
