THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfer in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2017 from the Grants Revenue Fund to the General Fund.
