Authorizing the transfer in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2017 from the General Fund, the Mayor - Office of Community Schools and Universal Pre-K to the General Fund, the Director of Finance - Contribution to School District, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
