THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 11-502 and 11-503 of The Philadelphia Code, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the paving of the following streets:

a) Delaware Avenue from Orthodox Street to Buckius Street.

b) Buckius Street from Delaware Avenue to Bath Street.
