THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Monday – Sunday

Farragut street, east side, Locust street to Spruce street.
SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Monday – Friday
