Regulating the direction of the movement of traffic on 15th Street between Carpenter Street and Washington Avenue and establishing no parking regulations on both sides of 15th Street from Carpenter Street to Washington Avenue.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following two-way regulation is hereby established:

15th Street, from Carpenter Street to Washington Avenue.

SECTION 2. The following no parking regulation is hereby established:

NO PARKING ANYTIME

Both sides of 15th Street from Carpenter Street to Washington Avenue.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
