Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 160895, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the City of Philadelphia of the proposal set forth in a Resolution approved by Council proposing an amendment to The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter to provide for the creation, appointment, powers and duties of a Philadelphia Community Reinvestment Commission; and authorizing the appropriate officers to publish notice and to make arrangements for the special election," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.

Full Bill

WHEREAS, Bill No. 160895 was passed by this Council on February 23, 2017, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 160895, entitled "An Ordinance p

roviding for the submission to the qualified electors of the City of Philadelphia of the proposal set forth in a Resolution approved by Council proposing an amendment to The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter to provide for the creation, appointment, powers and duties of a Philadelphia Community Reinvestment Commission; and authorizing the appropriate officers to publish notice and to make arrangements for the special election,”

for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
