THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 10-720 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 10-720. Snow Removal from Sidewalks.

Any person who violates this Section shall be subject to the provisions and penalties set forth in § 10-718 and § 10-719.

No notice of violation shall be issued pursuant to § 10-718 until the sidewalks abutting all City-owned parks, recreation centers and libraries have been cleared in compliance with this Section 10-720.
