To amend the Sports Stadium (Special Purpose) District Master Plan in the area bounded by Darien Street, Packer Avenue, Seventh Street, and Pattison Avenue, by approving the proposed Ballpark Services building at the intersection of Hartranft and Darien Streets.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-304(4) of The Philadelphia Code, the Sports Stadium (Special Purpose) District Master Plan for the Philadelphia Phillies is hereby amended and the new Ballpark Services building is approved, as set forth in attached Exhibit “A”, which is on file with the Chief Clerk’s Office, and a copy of which is attached hereto for reference.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
