Full Bill

WHEREAS, Bill No. 170265 was passed by Council on May 11, 2017, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 170265, entitled “An Ordinance To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Devereaux Avenue (extended), Keystone Street, Princeton Avenue, Keystone Street, Cottman Avenue (extended), Milnor Street, Bleigh Avenue (extended), and the Delaware River,” for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
