Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on North 28th Street, from Allegheny Avenue to Clearfield Street.

AI summary

This lapsed bill would have ended the southbound one-way restriction on North 28th Street between Allegheny Avenue and Clearfield Street and allowed traffic to move in both directions. It would not have changed existing parking rules on that street segment.
