To amend Title 11 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Streets," by revising certain provisions of Chapter 11-600, entitled "Construction, Encroachments, and Projections Over, On, and Under Streets," to amend the encroachment regulations for signage, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Title 11 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
