THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 11 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

Portable Signs.

Any sign that is movable and not permanently attached to a structure or the ground. Portable signs include standing or upright, A-frame, feather flag, banner, pennant, inflatable, wind-activated, and other movable signs

Portable Signs. Portable Signs, as defined in 11-601(11.1) shall not project beyond the street line or lessen the width of the sidewalk in any way
