THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-304(4) of The Philadelphia Code, Institutional (Special Purpose) District for the University of Pennsylvania is hereby amended and the proposed addition to 3620 Locust Walk, identified as Building 18-B on the attached Exhibit “A”, which is on file with the Chief Clerk’s Office, and a copy of which is attached hereto for reference, is hereby approved.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
