THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2019 to 2024, inclusive, totaling ten billion, two hundred and forty-six million, seven hundred and eighty-two thousand dollars ($10,246,782,000) in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit “A”. End
