THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-304(4) of The Philadelphia Code, Institutional (Special Purpose) District for the University of Pennsylvania is hereby amended and the proposed addition to 3900 Walnut Street, identified as Building 22 in Block “B” on the attached Exhibit “A”, which is on file with the Chief Clerk’s Office, and a copy of which is attached hereto for reference, is hereby approved.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
