THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. All existing parking regulations on Spruce Street between 22nd Street and 15th Street are hereby terminated.

SECTION 2. The following parking regulations are hereby established:

2-hour Parking

8:00am to 6:30pm

Monday – Saturday

Except Parking Permit 1

Spruce Street from 22nd Street to 15th Street, North side.

No Parking Any Time

Spruce Street from 22nd Street to 19th Street, South side.

Spruce Street from 15th Street to 18th Street, South side.

No Stopping Any Time

Spruce Street from 18th Street to 19th Street, South side.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be effective upon the placement of parking signs after completion of the Department’s next resurfacing of Spruce Street.
