THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Brown street, south side, 23rd street to 22nd street.

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.

Except Sunday

Except RPP #17

SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

28th street, west side, Cecil B. Moore avenue to Oxford street.

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. - 6:30 P.M.

Except Saturday and Sunday

Except RPP #17

SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

23rd street, west side, Parrish street to Brown street.

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.

Monday - Saturday

Except RPP #17

SECTION 4. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Mt. Vernon street, both sides, 11th street to 12th street.

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. - 6:30 P.M.

Except Saturday and Sunday

Except RPP #10

SECTION 5. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Harper street, north side, 29th street to 30th street.

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.
