THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 12-1300 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 12-1300. ENFORCEMENT AND OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall, upon summary conviction before a magistrate, pay a fine of [ten (10)]
