Amending Section 14-904 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Accessory Sign Controls," to provide for sign controls in the area bounded by Market Street, 11th Street, Chestnut Street, and 12th Street, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 14-904 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
