Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by amending the boundaries for Permit Parking District 2 and Permit Parking District 31, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS.

§12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts.

(2) Permit parking districts enumerated.

(b) District 2 –

West Philadelphia: The area bounded by the south side of Market street on the north; [the tracks of the SEPTA Highspeed Line on the east and south; and] the Cobbs Creek on the west

; the north side of Springfield avenue on the south; the east side of 58th street on the southwest; and the Schuylkill River on the east
