THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 14-523. /ELZ, East Luzerne Street Overlay.

(1)

Applicability.

The provisions of this section shall apply to all lots within the area bounded by East Luzerne Street, G Street, East Erie Avenue, and Whitaker Avenue, including lots on both sides of the bounding streets.

(2)

Use Regulations.

The following uses are prohibited within the /ELZ Overlay:

(a)

Safety Services.

(b)

Group Living.

(c)

Group Medical, Dental, Health Practitioner.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately.
