THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following parking regulations are hereby established:

NO PARKING ANYTIME

East Gowen Avenue, Devon Street to Ardleigh Street, south side.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
