THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:
§ 12-701. Designation of Bicycle Lanes.

The Department is authorized to designate a bicycle lane upon the following streets and regulate the operation and use of vehicles and bicycles upon such streets in a manner consistent with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) regulations:

(k) North 13th Street, west side, from Spring Garden Street to Buttonwood Street.
(l) North 10th Street, east side, from Spring Garden Street to Buttonwood Street.
SECTION 2. The following no stopping regulation is hereby established:
NO STOPPING ANYTIME
North 13th Street, west side, from Spring Garden Street to Buttonwood Street.
SECTION 3. The following no stopping regulation is hereby established:
NO STOPPING ANYTIME
North 10th Street, east side, from Spring Garden Street to Buttonwood Street.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
