Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on City Avenue between Haverford Avenue and 77th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
