THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Monday - Friday

Except RPP# 23

S. 13th street, both sides, Dickinson street to Reed street.

SECTION 2 The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M.

Monday - Sunday

Except #23

Federal street, both sides, S. 7th street to S. 8th street.

SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

9:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M.

Monday - Sunday

Except #23

Federal street, both sides, S. 10th street to S. 11th street.

SECTION 4. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

7:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M.

Monday - Sunday

Except #23

Annin street, south side, S. 9th street to S. 10th street.

SECTION 5. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

7:00 AM - 12:00 AM

Monday - Friday

Except RPP# 24/23

Iseminger street, east side, Morris street to Pierce street.

SECTION 6. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 AM - 12:00 AM

Monday - Sunday

Except RPP# 23

Cross street, north side, Marshall street to 7th street.

SECTION 7. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 AM - Midnight

Monday - Friday

Except RPP# 23
