Full Bill
WHEREAS, an Ordinance (Bill No. 170086) approved May 22, 2017 was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within two (2) years from the date of approval; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to revise the terms and conditions stated therein and to extend the timeframe in which such requirements may be met; now, therefore,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 170086) approved May 22, 2017, is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within two (2) years from the date this Ordinance becomes law]

The party in interest shall file a bond, with corporate surety, satisfactory to the City Solicitor or an irrevocable letter of credit satisfactory to the City Solicitor, in an amount satisfactory to the Department of Streets and the Water Department, to cover the cost of the work required under Section 2(c) herein
, or in lieu thereof, shall submit documentation in a form and content acceptable to the City Solicitor that the party in interest self-assumes the liabilities and responsibility for the obligations required to be covered by the said bond or letter of credit

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two-hundred dollars ($200.00), toward costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one-hundred twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
