Amending Section 11-203(3) of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sewer and Water Pipe and Other Underground Service," to authorize revision of the length of time during which a permit to maintain a plumber's ditch remains valid.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 11-203(3) of the Philadelphia Code is amended as follows:

(3) No permit issued under this Section shall be operative after a period of thirty (30) days from its effective date or, if no effective date is specified, from the date it is issued
