Amending Section 12-2809 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Civil Penalties and Costs," by amending penalties for certain parking, standing or stopping violations.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 12 of the Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective in 60 days.

SECTION 3. Sunset Provision. The provisions of this Ordinance shall expire on December 31, 2020.
