Full Bill

WHEREAS, Under Bill No. 170206, City Council must approve, by resolution, the Annual Rebuild Project Statement in order to authorize the expenditure of proceeds of Rebuild bonds; and

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to approve the Rebuild Project Statement for Fiscal Year 2020; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That the Fiscal Year 2020 Project Statement, attached hereto as “Exhibit A”, is hereby approved.
