THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:
CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS

(2) Permit parking districts enumerated.
* * *
(i) District 9 - North Philadelphia/Norris West:
[1400 block West Norris street; 1500 block West Norris street; 2000 block North Fifteenth street; 2000 block North Carlisle street; 1500 block West Page street; 1500 block West Fontain street]
The area bounded by the south side of Lehigh avenue on the north; the east side of Sedgley avenue on the west; the north side of Montgomery avenue on the south; and the west side of Broad street on the east.
