Amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code (The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code), Subcode A (The Philadelphia Administrative Code), by increasing the fine for conducting certain construction related activities without a permit, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
