WHEREAS, Bill No. 190232 was passed by Council on June 20, 2019, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 190232, entitled “

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Kensington Avenue, Hilton Street, Jasper Street, and Madison Street
