Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by further providing with respect to uses permitted or prohibited in Commercial Districts, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
