Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," to permit vending in certain areas in the vicinity of 56th Street between Haverford Avenue and Vine Street, 57th Street between Haverford Avenue and Vine Street, and Vine street between 56th Street and 57th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

(p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain:

Vine street, between 56th Street and 57th Street.

West side of

56th Street, between Haverford Avenue and Vine Street.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon becoming law.
