THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 19-1800 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended as follows:
CHAPTER 19-1800. SCHOOL TAX AUTHORIZATION
§ 19-1801. Authorization of Tax.
(1) The Board of Education of The School District of Philadelphia is authorized to impose an annual tax for school district purposes on real estate within the City of Philadelphia for the years 1964 through [2018]

and thereafter.
(3) For tax year 2014 and thereafter:
