Full Bill

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following parking regulations are hereby removed:

2 Hour Parking - 8am to 6pm Except Sundays

Parking Meter Enforcement by the Philadelphia Parking Authority (including the removal of all meters, poles, signs, and other hardware owned by the Philadelphia Parking Authority)

On the West side of Castor Avenue in front of address 7306 Castor Avenue, as well as both sides of the 7300 block of Elgin Street.

SECTION 2. Establishing the following parking regulation:

“Authorized Vehicles Only”

On the West side of Castor Avenue in front of the address 7306 Castor Avenue, as well as both sides of the 7300 block of Elgin Street.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
