THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2021 within the General Fund.

SECTION 2. It is the intent of Council through this Ordinance to support investment in the “Same Day Work and Pay” Program, a public-private anti-poverty initiative announced by Council and the Administration on October 1, 2020, and for which the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society will serve as supervising entity.
