Establishing a no truck park regulation on Parkside Avenue, both sides, from 50th Street to Belmont Avenue, 50th Street, both sides, from Parkside Avenue to Jefferson Street, Jefferson Street, both sides, from 50th Street to its terminus and 49th Street, both sides from Parkside Avenue to Jefferson Street.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The following No Truck Parking Anytime Regulation is hereby established:
No Truck Parking Anytime
-Parkside Avenue, both sides, from 50th Street to Belmont Avenue
-50th Street, both sides, from Parkside Avenue to Jefferson Street
-Jefferson Street, both sides, from 50th Street to its terminus
-49th Street, both sides, from Parkside Avenue to Jefferson Street
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
