THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS.

CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS

§ 9-203. Street Vendors.

Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall:

(o)

stop, stand or park his vehicle or conveyance for the purpose of selling any goods, wares and merchandise on the following roadways:

East Passyunk Avenue, from Federal Street to Broad Street, both sides.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately.
