THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2022 to 2027, inclusive, totaling nine billion, four hundred and seventy four million, eight hundred and forty-one thousand dollars ($9,474,841,000) in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit “A.”
