THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

(1) Definition. For purposes of this Section, the term “feminine hygiene products” shall mean the tampons and sanitary napkins for use in connection with the menstrual cycle.
(2) Availability of feminine hygiene products. District Health Centers shall provide feminine hygiene products to be used at the facility, either by use of a dispenser or to individuals upon their request.
